The federal government's transit and highway agencies are currentlyconducting a certification review of the Baltimore Regional TransportationBoard (BRTB). This review of the metropolitan planning organization's compliance with the federal laws,regulations, and guidelines occurs every four years, and right now CITIZENS HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO PROVIDE COMMENTS for the record. The TRAC people really know what they are talking about and it is a shame that the state does not listen to them as much as they should. You should have Ed Cohen on the show.
